Cancellation Policy

All conference and state events registrations are managed via an online booking program – www.trybooking.com.au.
Payment receipts and booking confirmation are provided directly from that site.

Refunds – for state events
Within 3 days of the event – no credit or refund
Within 4 -7 days of the event – 50% reimbursement
Over 7 days before the event – full refund
(Registrations are transferable up to 3 days prior to the event)

Refunds – for annual conference
Within 5 days of the event – no refund
Within 6-10 days of the event – 50% refund
Over 10 days before the event – full refund.

Booking transfers, cancellations and requests for refund MUST
be discussed via email at president@ohnng.com.au.
