OHNNG TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENTS OF EVENTSCancellation and Refund Policy: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. All conference and state event registrations are managed via the Wild Apricot online booking software. When purchasing from OHNNG, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Payment receipts and booking confirmation are provided directly from this site. Refunds – for state events Within 3 days of the event – no credit or refund Within 4 -7 days of the event – 50% reimbursement Over 7 days before the event – full refund (Registrations are transferable up to 3 days prior to the event) Refunds – for annual conference Within 5 days of the event – no refund Within 6-10 days of the event – 50% refund Over 10 days before the event – full refund.
